KING RAWANA.

 

             King Rawana was a devotee of Shiva and Shakthi who ruled the ceylon Empire. According the Ramayana, Rama absucts his wife Sitha in relatiantion for his disgrsce to his sister .

            King Rawana's mother's name is Pushpothkatha and his farther's name is Pulasthi Srishivara. His wife is princess Mandodari. Rawana has two children. They are prince Indrajith and princess Shohili.

               King Rawana is considered as one of the greatest king in the history of  Sri Lanka.The villagers  believe that he was in an advanced place of mysticium but is still not dead but is sleeping in madicine boat in Rawana Cave.
